Due to some asinine issues with our pharmaceutical insurance my meds didn't get here when they were supposed to. Ergo, I went a week without my antidepressants. Not good. I guess when things are going good, you kinda forget how bad things were that led you to get help and start therapy and so going without it doesn't seem like such a big deal. And it is. a big deal.
I was crying on the phone with a complete stranger over the shipping date of my medicine. And that wasn't the worst part. *Sigh*
Thank goodness for on-call doctors that respond quickly and recognize the urgency in situations.
I'm much better. And this will never happen again.

Honestly those times are REALLY SCARY! But I thinks it does help us to be grateful for the improvement we have had, and remind us how important it is that we take it regularly and consistantly. Love ya!
So sorry to hear about that.
VERY glad to hear you are doing better.

glad to hear that you are doing better. as painful as the ups and downs are - it's good to remember the reasons you sought out help in the first place. meaning that it's a reminder to keep doing what you're doing. love you.
Been there. Done that. There now. God is great. Good is good. Love you.
Love you dear. At least from this point, (mostly) the only way to go is UP! :)
